Sales Recruiter After College
How To Get Into The Field
I started when I was 19, I chose to want to run my own biz one day and here I am. I worked in college part time and was excited to open up and run an office. When I was 19 I got accepted into their management training program, I heard about the branch opportunity where a college student can run their own office while in college. I opened up my own office when I was 21, graduated and got promoted to help run another office and then got promoted again to open up my own. I saved up $18,000 and invested all of it into my business. How would I suggest opening up a business. You need to have a strong vision which you can conceive. Always focus on developing your skill set and getting better. Running a business is no different than being an athlete, you have to understand its mainly mental. You have to train your brain how to think, do this my being around other entrepreneurs and other business people.

What Do You Really Do?
I could write a book on what I really do. I am developing my own organization, where we have leaders in different departments. I recruit reps through advertising, I train them through our own training process and then allow them to go out and do presentations. I also develop those sales reps into managers so that they become so good we then turn them into great managers.
Pros/Cons of Your Job
Pros: Having fun with my team, through effective relationship building, watching people get their success is fun.
Cons: If you are not prepared mentally, it can take a toll, if you do not have assistants that you can delegate to, you will never have a personal life.

The Life of a College Grad In South New Jersey

College Grad Life in New Jersey

What's it Like to Live Here?
People in New Jersey are great, just don’t drive slow here, they hate that… don’t get in the fast lane and do 60mph because they are doing 90mph in the fast lane. There is a ton of night life in NJ, especially north jersey and down the shore. There are great restaurants in NJ. People are nice, but they aren’t afraid to tell you when you are a jerk also. Its highly populated and it’s a fun place to live.

How Did I End Up Here?
I grew up here my whole life, went to old bridge high school, our family moved here when I was in the 3rd grade we used to live in north jersey and then moved down south. Honestly its where my family has lived my entire life. I also love it here, because of the public schools here are awesome. The beach is great, it’s a party state, if you are from NJ you know how to party…
My Set-Up
I still live in my parents house, we have 4 bedrooms fully furnished basement, I have a regular room and regular bed and enjoy myself

Closing Advice

Focus on improving your worth as a human being, focus on not having more items but becoming more of a person that would have those things… if you want to have more you have to become more first. Life is a game, love it
